My Portfolio Can Be Found on NPX

My plays focus on subjects of local interest as well as representation of veterans and indigenous people. Too often, the literature of our time is allowed to exclude the indigenous populations who still live side by side with their neighbors of other backgrounds. Likewise, veterans return home to a place that has moved on while they've been away. My work seeks to recover the dignity and presence of both in a pedestrian way. It is not remarkable that indigenous and veteran populations are among us. They always have been and God-willing, always will be. I have two major city cycles, the Minneapolis Cycle and the Duluth Cycle. These cycles represent the cities where they focus their energies from the standpoint of local stories, populations, concerns, histories, and futures. Please enjoy reading some of the excerpts below.
